The scope includes architectural concept and detailed design, coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, material selection, and on-site supervision to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance with safety standards. The project also involves close collaboration with contractors and stakeholders to maintain schedules, manage resources efficiently, and address technical challenges. Emphasis is placed on creating a building that combines aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency.
